Refund Policy

General Policy
RCIIL operates on a non-refundable fee basis for structured programs and subscription services. Once payment is processed and access is granted, fees are generally non-refundable.
Program Fees
- • Structured Programs (Beginner, Conversational, Advanced, Full Fluency): Non-refundable once access is granted and first instructional session is scheduled
- • Children's Programs: Non-refundable upon enrollment and first class scheduled
- • Private Tutoring Sessions: Non-refundable once session is scheduled with an instructor
Subscription & Membership
- • Extended Support Plan: Monthly subscription billed in advance; non-refundable after billing date
- • Cancellation: Subscribers must cancel before the billing date to avoid next month's charge
- • Prorated Refunds: In rare cases, we may issue prorated credits toward future sessions at our sole discretion
Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds
RCIIL may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances such as:
- • Technical issues preventing service delivery that cannot be resolved
- • Instructor unavailability extending beyond 2 weeks
- • Billing errors or duplicate charges

Missed Sessions & Rescheduling
- • Scheduled Sessions: Once a session is scheduled, the fee applies regardless of attendance
- • Cancellation: Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to be rescheduled without fee
- • No-Show Policy: Sessions missed without 24-hour notice may be forfeited with no refund
- • Rescheduling: Students may reschedule missed sessions (with notice) subject to instructor availability
Payment Methods & Chargebacks
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. If you dispute a charge through your payment provider (chargeback), RCIIL reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation and resolution.
