The Royal Canadian Institute of International Languages ("RCIIL", "we", "our") provides online language education services, including structured programs, tutoring, and subscription-based instruction. By accessing our website or enrolling in any service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

  • • RCIIL operates as a remote education provider
  • • All services are delivered online
  • • We do not operate a public walk-in location

3. Student Enrollment & Access

  • • Enrollment is confirmed upon payment
  • • Access to programs is personal and non-transferable
  • • Students must provide accurate information

4. Program Structure

Programs include:

  • • Structured curriculum and guided instruction
  • • Allocated one-on-one instructional support

Progress depends on student participation and consistency. We do not guarantee fluency, specific timelines, or exam outcomes.

5. Scheduling & Attendance

  • • Sessions must be scheduled in advance
  • • Students are responsible for attending sessions
  • • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited
  • • Late attendance may result in reduced session time

6. Membership Plans

  • • Membership plans are billed monthly
  • • Plans renew automatically unless canceled
  • • Cancellation must occur before the next billing cycle

7. Payments & Fees

  • • Payments are processed through third-party providers
  • • Prices may change at any time
  • • Payment confirms acceptance of services

8. Refund Policy

  • • Program fees are generally non-refundable once access is granted
  • • Subscription fees are non-refundable after billing
  • • Exceptions may be granted at our discretion

9. Acceptable Use

Students may not:

  • • Share accounts
  • • Redistribute materials
  • • Misuse services

Violation may result in termination of access.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, curriculum, and content are owned by RCIIL and may not be copied, shared, or resold without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

RCIIL is not liable for:

  • • Learning outcomes
  • • Technical issues
  • • Interruptions beyond our control

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
